You might be Wondering...

Standard 50-minute individual therapy sessions are $160. Couples therapy sessions are $200 for 90 minutes. I understand that therapy is an investment in your well-being, and I’m committed to making it as accessible as possible.

Yes, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. Please feel free to ask about availability during your consultation or first session.

I don’t bill insurance directly, but many extended health benefit plans in Ontario cover psychotherapy provided by a Registered Psychotherapist. I’ll provide you with receipts you can submit for reimbursement.

The first session is about getting to know you — what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and how we can work together. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your history and goals, and you’ll also have space to ask me anything you need to feel comfortable. It is essential to understand that therapy takes time. No therapist can solve all your problems within the first session but an experienced therapist can identify a framework and treatment plan that will address root causes of what brings you to therapy.

Therapy is deeply personal, and sometimes it takes time finding the right fit. At Thrive Together, I bring a trauma-informed, relational approach that honors your cultural context, lived experience, and inner strengths. Together, we’ll explore what didn’t work in the past and establish a new path forward — one that feels more grounded, collaborative, and aligned with your goals.

Yes, I offer a free 15-minutes phone consultation so we can get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, share a bit about what you’re looking for, and get a sense of how I work.

Yes, I offer virtual therapy across Ontario on a secure and confidential online platform. Online sessions allow you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space — whether you’re navigating a busy schedule, living in a rural area, or simply prefer virtual care.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that helps you explore thoughts, emotions, relationships, and past experiences in a safe, supportive space. It’s more than just talking — it’s about uncovering patterns, building insight, and developing tools to help you feel more connected, empowered, and whole. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating relationship challenges, or seeking deeper self-understanding, psychotherapy can help you move toward greater clarity and resilience.
